This is an extensive PR.
In this PR, I have removed OpenJDK 17 as discussed here: docker-library/openjdk#495
In place of OpenJDK, the TomEE community has decided to use Temurin. Temurin images were added to 8 and 11 should users want to switch. As part of adding Temurin, I also added Apline images as an OS option for smaller images.
To make the images smaller, I may remove the packages: gpg gpg-agent dirmngr curl as they were only needed to build the image.
